We are seeking a researcher who uses mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze financial data, develop strategies, and use data-driven decision-making to counsel our customers. They will identify patterns and trends in DeFi to inform our clients of market risk to ensure optimal risk and return outcomes.
This individual builds and develops software tooling for our DeFi Client teams They work on mathematical modeling, analytics and algorithmic tools to create risk management systems and financial software applications.
In order to grow our impact in the DeFi space we are looking to hire experienced Data Scientists to help new and established protocols better understand the systems they’ve built. This role will require establishing a strong ability to analyze and interpret data; as well as the ability to collaborate with and manage external clients. You will be working directly with the leadership of premier and innovative DeFi protocols and developing expert-level knowledge and experience of the mechanisms that underpin the DeFi industry.
Gauntlet seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines, ensure data integrity, and help Gauntlet analyze and process data in the way we need to help us manage risk and incentives for our customers. We're looking for someone with proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with OLAP databases, data transformation tools, and workflow orchestration tools. This broad set of responsibilities and tooling means there are plenty of opportunities for growth and learning more about crypto and DeFi in particular.
In order to grow our impact in the DeFi space we are looking to hire experienced Machine Learning Engineers to help new and established protocols better manage the systems they’ve built. This role will require establishing a strong ability to scope, build, and maintain end to end machine learning pipelines in order to dynamically manage and tune protocols under changing market conditions to maximize their growth.
We seek to drive adoption and understanding of the financial systems of the future, providing off-chain intelligence that drives on-chain efficiency in Decentralized Finance (DeFi). We work with protocols to manage risk, improve capital efficiency, and manage incentive spend. We also publish cutting-edge research and aim to take a leading role in defining market risk standards across the industry.
